This is for internal communication for now, not ready for merge. Changes:

  1. Add dumping lidar and camera data function.
  2. Data collection lidar sets to real setting.
  3. Add prediction dumping.
  4. Restructure dumped yaml.

  5. OpenCDA now supports carla traffic spawning by range. Carla traffic add ignore red light option. Seed supported.
