Analytics library should allow for multiple identifiers #106

Coding this feature up now. UCSF needs it--the Library stuff needs to be tracked with a roll-up code for Library sites, but everything including the Library stuff needs to be tracked as the mobile site. Until now, I've been using a terrible hack. Yesterday, Stefan Topfstedt refactored my hack into something reasonable for the UCSF branch.

I'm doing some additional refactoring and integrating into the analytics library.

Looks like there were conflicts on 2fae02767d027225bd22d916125258bb8726b5bc that weren't resolved, so the JS code doesn't run. Fix coming soon.

OK, fixed in 77faed4. Insert obligatory comment about running unit tests before doing a commit. (2fae027 broke the JS unit tests for analytics, obviously.)
