• [Build] Generate a npm-shrinkwrap.json file to lock down dependency versions for better reproducible builds.

Hi @erutan,

Just some updates and changes from https://github.com/activelamp/iamucla-logon

From now on I'll "tag" the items like what I did here to give you an idea about what changes are introduced by sync PRs like this. The [Docker] tags probably won't affect your workflow in anyway, but [Build] probably does.

If you don't want the npm-shrinkwrap.json in this repo, let me know and I'll pull it out.
