Create an analytics page that show some graphics based on the analytics data we collect (hits and more to come).

Create frontend page, perhaps ask Archie for a page design?
Endpoint for /analytics that computes the data summaries to pass to the rendered template
Add endpoint name to the list of invalid vanities

Analytics include:

Average hits (all time, and by hour/day once "last visited" is implemented)
Hits by committee once the feature is added
Vanities by committee
