@ArshMalik02 A couple of changes:

  1. Learn what ACM's eight committees have planned for Fall -> Winter quarter.
  2. Delete ACM Rust: Sujay
  3. Add ACM Cloud: Satyen and Daniel
  4. Correction to Cyber: Benson and Salma
