feat: Enable exhibition mode toggle in video player and show/hide menu bar based on mode #115

Changes made to include a toggle for exhibition mode in the video player and dynamically show/hide the menu bar based on the mode. Updated .env file to include VITE_EXHIBITION_MODE variable.
