As specified in Zeplin, design the pop up as needed.

Some instructions:

Be sure to be doing this on a new branch off of development
For now the pop up can just display some sample info
- however make sure that this info is parameterized- i.e. very easy to programmatically change for later
- don't worry about the API calls for now
