These changes remove unused/redundant parameters to SRCGrob. spread is only used by the radial branch mode, which has been disabled for v1. cluster.list is similar, relating to pie nodes (which have not yet been implemented). wid is redundant, and has been replaced by the combination of the horizontal.padding parameter and the internal min.width variable.
