Related to @lydiayliu's comments in #48, these changes are a major design change to the gene text input format. Instead of gene labels specifically, this can now be anything.
Notable Changes
Previously, the function generated colours and font styles based on SNV and CNA columns in the gene dataframe. These have been replaced by more direct col and style columns, which will be directly applied to the text.
The input is now called text.df For consistency and code readability, internal references to gene text have been replaced with "node" instead.
NA values in either column will result in a default value for that label, either black for the colour, or plain for the style.
Note: This change is compatible with a future update to add the option of text on the branch instead of the node.
