Re-enable testing workflow after breaking changes #138

https://github.com/uclahs-cds/tool-Nextflow-action/pull/33 requires changes to the Nextflow testing workflow files.

I have manually disabled the testing workflow (https://github.com/uclahs-cds/pipeline-call-gSV/actions/workflows/nextflow-tests.yaml) but must re-enable them after implementing the required changes.
