Get appropriate test sample for NFtest #143

Make sure test samples are not internal samples; they should be either the synthetic SMC-Het samples or the Illumina test samples

Neither SMC-Het or the Illumina test sample currently on the cluster work for DELLY CNV calling due to low coverage.

Find another Illumina test sample for NFtest.
