slight restructure of storybook to have more self contained components

• Got rid of assets folder in favor of keeping components more self contained like it is currently in Pattern Lab
• Moved base folder back inside patterns folder
• moved svgs back into there respective componentns versus pointing to an assets folder
• fixed issue where logo was not loading on start of storybook
• changed all.css to styles.css
• updated vite.config to watch for images being added to respective components
• removed chip component example
