Update postcss config to fix css duplication issue. Since vite comes with some of the PostCSS files already, I also removed unnecessary packages.
converted media queries to use the new format in the CSS specifications
Modified the watchAndRun command to look one more level deeper for file changes
Updated the README to refelct the new npm commands changes
NOTE: I added npm run watch and npm run release
