The way we had been scraping this (from california_statewide) was pulling all digits from the text, so it would read 1,431,632 (instead of 31,632). It's also residents tested in the last 14 days, not cumulative Residents.Tested per our definition, so we should probably just delete the variable historically (but still keep Residents.Tadmin).
