update: ICE facilities #32

Added in several new facilities with address data, google sheet is here

This is minor, but do you mind splitting up the Address / City / Zip fields in the fac_data Google Sheet? The geocoding works regardless, but it'd be nice to have these fields clean. And just ran them through the new xwalk update process and 4/4 info sheet entries and 5/5 spellings were verified, which is neat to me!
