-fixed a bug where analysis failed because ydot array in get_rates had wrong shape

excited species

-added the ability to produce cosmic ray induced excited species -added automatically generated excited surface reactions based on LH grain reactions -added automatic relaxation of excited species -these are off by default, to use see the user_settings.ymal file in Makerates

Discussed and decided it is best to remove excited_species flag and have that inferred from species list.
