Changes for Calisphere EB on AL2 #272

Key changes: sqlite to RDS clone for exhibitions, ngnix to apache, using .platform approach for customization and proposal for redirects compiled and placed in .platform when creating the package. Next step: deploy script update and deploy from repo.

I wonder if we want to merge in the changes from https://github.com/ucldc/public_interface/pull/271/files into this PR? (more completely remove xray; gets the tests working better)
