Is this work trying to strip out Solr entirely, or switch to using OpenSearch as the default?

@amywieliczka So far this is just basically switching to using OpenSearch as the default and getting things working in the absence of Solr credentials. There's definitely a more holistic approach to be taken that I've been mulling over (and thought would probably be good to talk to you about).

@amywieliczka I did some work to strip out solr entirely. Still to be done:

  1. replace type_ss with type
  2. exhibitions
