Hi Steve,

Sure the team can help. Best thing to do is to raise a request (instructions below), with clinic code, any time period required or specific fields.

Log on to ICT Service Portal (circular orange icon on desktop) •Select Service Catalog •Select System Specific Support •Select Request for Patient Data from Legacy Systems •Complete the form providing as much detail as possible including patient MRN where required •The data will then be retrieved from the data warehouse and shared with you via email, usually within two to seven working days depending on legacy system
