[ ] prepare summary statistics including missingness for all data

I think this is a good thing to work on in the next couple of weeks. Imagine your preparing a presentation for the lab group that will be the basis of the paper that you're going to write on Fiona's data. Prep a table 1 and notes on the data quality and flow, what the initial outcomes look like. Keep all your code in github, and we can go through your slides the next time we meet.
