pull in the linked data from other legacy systems (I think the obs database might be called Medway) neonates and neonatal outcomes might also be captured by the national audit for neonates but not 100% sure if this is all kids or just kids admitted to NICU

Two pieces of digging going on

getting access to women with the appropriate ICD-10 code
getting access to all maternal cases both in play and being chased; neither complete
