Create a new "text" field (not "string") in software records named Roadmap.
Also create a new Roadmaps view that is an index of software records displaying only the software title and roadmap fields. Include the [Edit] action button.

Clicking the [Edit] button brings the user to a software record edit page that displays the title and only includes the roadmap input field. Give the field a lot of height and width so it doesn't feel cramped.
