Notes

• We can potentially run the same handle server used on the old DRC
• Need to determine how a Hyrax application can make use of the Handle API.
• Some content in the current DRC will be moved to other systems like Scholar@UC.

Resources

• The Java software is available at https://handle.net/download_hnr.html and documentation is at https://handle.net/hnr_documentation.html
• The handle server has command-line utilities for batch actions and a web-based interface

Done looks like

• All existing handles resolve to the proper content
• New content is assigned a new handle
