Descriptive summary

Message: Hello! I have a couple points of feedback for the website. Nothing too critical, just could help improve the website.

First, I think the amount of people that are displayed per page is only 10 people at a time, which feels too small. If you have a large directory of people, being able to navigate through lots of last names quickly. It feels slow to have to look through 10 people at a time and then click next (which requires another refresh). It seems a bit tedious.

Second, when you click on a name, almost none of the users are utilizing the highlighted function. Instead, I think it would be better to immediately take the person searching right to their works page. I think you should only utilize the highlighted function if the user has requested to do so, as opposed to a default.

Thank you!
