Improve Analytics (1005.00) #1027

Descriptive summary

1005.00 As a repository user, I would like to have increased analytics capability for depositors so that users will see it as a tool that is working for them on an ongoing basis.

Expected behavior

It is expected that the analytics be accurate, reliable, and a tool. Work Views File Views File Downloads User Profile Admin Dashboard

Actual behavior

The analytics are done through Google Analytics and currently a mess with the Google Ver 4 upgrade.

Related work

We have debated the idea of getting off Google Analytics and keeping our stats in a local database.
