Descriptive summary

1007.00

As a repository advocate, I would like Scholar to have a UX overhaul, including updated info for depositors (how-tos), updated language on the WIIFM of Scholar, and a more attractive and dynamic user interface so that the repository appears inviting and robust to all users.
