Dataset viewer that handles DICOM and NIFTI formats (1010.00) #1032

Descriptive summary

1010.00 As a viewer/editor, I would like to be able to be able to view DICOM and NIFTI formats in the interface such as a JavaScript viewer that works for the imaging formats we typically use (DICOM and NIFTI). (Mango Viewer) plus the formats that we already support StrokeNET
