Configure BrowseEverything to use OneDrive by Microsoft #679

Descriptive summary

OneDrive is replacing Box.com as the file cloud provider for the university. We will need to make OneDrive an option in the "Add cloud files."

Expected behavior

When I select Add cloud files, I see OneDrive as an option. I should be prompted for authentication credentials. I should be able to add these files during work creation or edit.

Actual behavior

It is not available as a cloud provider.
