After deleting a work on scholar.uc.edu we get an apache error message. #972

Descriptive summary

After scholar successfully deletes from the work show page we get an apache error message. We don't get the error when deleting works from batch or dashboard.

Expected behavior

Is it production only? Both servers or One Server? Is it an Apache problem? Is it an X-ray credential problem?

Actual behavior

After deploying 4.6.0 and restarting apache the problem is no longer there.
