Encoder: conform to standard : support 33 wavelet resolution levels #925

Currently there is an artificial limit on number of resolution levels that can be encoded, based on the tile dimensions. The standard allows up to 33 wavelet resolution levels. It would be better to remove this restriction and allow full 33 levels.

@boxerab Many thanks for reporting this issue. Did you already locate where in the code is this artificial limit and, if so, do you think you could provide a PR ?
