Spikes in Li6 data #1

In some runs (mostly ones with high vapor pressure in the guide) we observed spikes in the Li6-detector rate when a valve was moving.

Binning the rate in narrow time bins and removing counts in bins with rate above a threshold within one second after a valve moving can filter this out quite well. But to avoid filtering out actual UCN counts in unaffected runs we should identify runs where this actually occured.

So far I have identified these spikes in runs 1153 to 1160 and 1203 to 1205. These were all part of measurements with high gas pressures in the guide (high He-II temperature or spoiling the source). The spikes in these runs are now filtered out in the skim file by binning the UCN hits within one second after a valve moved in 1-millisecond bins and filtering out all that have more than 3 hits in one bin.
