added Protege (Stanford RDF IDE desktop) #422

Closed DrSnowbird closed 2 years ago

DrSnowbird commented 2 years ago

Added files needed by Protege (Stanford's RDF IDE desktop tool). Instruction:

  1. Run Protege RDF IDE, then
  2. use 'Open' -> choose the file root file "UCO/LoadUCO.ttl" (the root UCO ttl file)
  3. Then, Protege IDE will automatically load all "UCO ontologies" one-by-one until all UCO ontologies are completed.

@DrSnowbird - Thank you for this PR. As I recall informing you during the workshop, I will need to cherry-pick your commit and redo this PR slightly in order to align with UCO's git-flow practice. I'm also going to intervene and move the Protege XML file because I unfortunately don't think moving ontology files around to accommodate any single tool would be a good practice to adopt. That is my opinion, and not the committee's, though.

Closing as superseded by PR 450.
