removed PWD variable in docker-compose file

I've manually merged a very similar solution in rev a0a25ef3a14bee4e40b7ca02ae28e98de35db1b8 . Please check if it satisfies your ansible needs using DOCKER_MIGRID_ROOT=/path/to/docker-migrid in your .env files.
