Minimal fix to ensure isolation of filesystem accesses by the test suite. #135

Extract a minimal portion of https://github.com/ucphhpc/migrid-sync/pull/134 critical to ensure that accesses of the filesystem by tests remain isolated to their dedicated output directories only.

Handling as a proper (i.e. non-draft) PR in line with discussion off-list to get the simple fix merged before next release. Looks good to me :+1:
