Password change for external users #14

Request for password change for external users gives Internal Error: Internal Error

A critical internal error occurred in the reqpwresetaction backend. It has been logged internally with error ID 1687157345.207757

Please report it to the ERDA-test2 site admins ERDA Info erda-admin.it@au.dk if the problem persists.

confirmed on git experimental rev 32ebb299d7e72dd809d5a82933a0fc6a629dab0d running a native python3 stack (rocky8).

Simple py3 string vs byte issue in string_snippet that I probably missed because cgi-sid scripts like reqpwreset still implicitly run in py2 on my main dev platform (centos7) :-/ Should be fixed in latest e9bb1835c39d4bf0e07b74517e99015ebe7aabb2 revision.
