Added FAQ item regarding SSH login and Rsync not being supported dire… #85

PR for the ERDA FAQ only. I wasn't able to test locally, but figured that it is one item with consisting of HTML. Not sure how our library handles double BR tags and the length of H4, so that is two things to look out for.

Merged with some rewriting to better fit the wording and terminology in the intro guides. The result should be relatively straightforward to translate to the migrid and sif version of the support file. Just noting that they don't have Jupyter (yet) and that SIF does not offer FTPS or Data import/export.
