Didn't we plan to kill FTPS?

I was told we would continue to offer support for FTPS, but I will take that discussion up again and make sure.

We talked about dropping FTPS, maybe mainly for the partner sites, but so far still have it on ERDA. Still, we strongly recommend using SFTP instead and should definitely point users to that when at all possible. If we plan to shut down the ERDA FTPS service I think we should announce that intent and leave time to evaluate any legitimate user objections. A few data recording instruments or the like may only support FTPS.
