Insert FAVICON #3

Insert a FAVICON on the website and make sure that it is showcased on all pages

The commit 88bc33472c2dddb8f53bd673909db33ec4e17969 have changed the favicon.ico on certain sections. Assuming the sections not using the favicon.ico are using a cached version of the default icon.
