Added basic support for off-angle longlines #17

Also added a basic Python script for the mission-analysis folder. This might be a good thing to have at least in some capacity, since I'm not sure if we'll have access to MATLAB with deployment laptops, and Octave wasn't happy rendering some of the graphs for some reason. Will need to confirm that SciPy/NumPy are on the field laptop beforehand, though
