Added primer points and made sure that basic run-line alignment works. This was done by making sure that pIncludeSampleData always writes that SIM_DISTANCE = 10.5, which is dist_ideal set in pLineFollow, s.t. we now consistently follow the ideal run-line angle.
The primer points also have been confirmed to act as a nice stabilizer to entering the run-line, although I don't believe that it currently checks if they fit inside of the bounding box & warns accordingly. Also, length and alignment isn't minimized, so there's some add'l work to be done there, but the bones are present and working.
