User Story As a user, I can comment on a poll and see the comments of others.

Acceptance Criteria

[x] Show user's name/nickname
[ ] Add comment (with character limit)
[ ] option for anonymity
[x] date posted
[ ] edit/delete comment
[x] Upvote/like feature
[x] sort comments by: date, upvotes
[x] replies (maybe @mentions)
[ ] Link to profile page (on name)
