Currently can sort by recent and popular polls. You can click "load more" to endlessly scroll.
Problems: Formatting is weird, and the polls are sorted intuitively from left to right, but column by column (the first column as the most popular, second column as less popular, and the third column has least popular instead of it moving left to right in terms of popularity)
Added Create Poll Page
(Not an issue, Just a temporary page. We can make it look better if we want to keep it,)
Can just create a poll using the vote form.
Potential Improvement: We could create a link to the new poll, so the user can see their newly created poll. (Server will have to send back the poll ID in /addnewpoll).
Also cleaned up the directory a little
Reorganized file structure. Pages are located under "pages". Components are located under "components".
Deleted the "poll" folder with demopolls and replaced it with "newpoll"
Mostly resolves #69.
