some bug fixes, also added links #89

fixed bug where loading more polls button on browse page polls would sometimes be disabled and also updated view to no longer have a bunch of empty card decks when no polls have been found

also added ability to link to profile page on unique poll page (you can go to the profile of the person who created the poll)
