Create traffic congestion based on class population ranks corresponding with times these heavily populated class start

[ ] example: a particular math class of 800 students convenes in Campbell hall at 1 pm and gets out at 1:50
[ ] get access to GOLD data to rank classes by population and generate traffic statistics from population, location, and timing info
