Prof Hollerer wants us to add some more details to our problem_scenarios, but outside of that he seemed satisfied with our documentation so far.

[x] Add new problem_scenarios to match current goals
[x] Adjust existing problem_scenarios to match current goals

update our problem_scenario and user stories where rather than setting user limit goals we just allow them to enable blocking/unblocking on the app and then utilize a notification system to remind them to block/unblock (set this in settings and also program at the start of downloading the app) and make sharing manual entry of how much a user used their top 3 apps and this is what their friends see.
