[SUMMARY] Call API that shows overall summary of app screen times #67

Problem rose with initial issue to make an app summary page. Not sure if it is possible to show the summary of each specific app because Apple encrypts the information, but at the very least we can still call on some API to show a pie chart of user screen times.

Acceptance Criteria:

[x] API call successful using app tokens
[x] can use encoded app tokens in summary view
