BUG: When clicking Join on a commons in the left hand column, the commons should immediately move to the right hand column

On the home page, you see a list of commons:

If you click Join, that commons should immediately disappear from the left column and move to the right column.

Instead "nothing happens" until you refresh the page.

Desired behavior:

1. At a minimum, the common card moves to the right hand column.
2. It would also be good if the page changed to a "visit" to that commons (though that's optional.)
