Overview

The team member that takes on MenuItemReview as their database table should use this issue to track creating their personal dokku deployment.

[x] In general, the steps in https://ucsb-cs156.github.io/topics/dokku/deploying_an_app.html have been followed.
[x] An app named team01-dev-yourGithubid is created on this team's dokku server.
[x] You have run dokku git:set team01-dev-yourGithubid keep-git-dir true
[x] The ADMIN_EMAILS are configured for that app.
