User Story

As a Users
I can See a formatted dollar amount for the wealth on the leaderboard
So that I can better understand the relative wealth of farmers in the game

Currently the wealth of farmers is displayed like this on the leaderboard:

Instead, we'd like something more like this:

Acceptance Criteria

[ ] Wealth on leaderboard is displayed as currency

Implementation Todos

Should be a change to the react component that renders the leaderboard.
