This is a DRAFT PR to assist the 6pm-1 team to help with debugging and making progress on this branch. The relevant issue is: #47, deleting tutor assignments.

We have finished up the implementation frontend and backend and made new tests for deleteTutorAssignment. Sorry that it will all be in one PR.
